Mililani Barricade Situation Ends with Arrest

Police Negotiate with Suspect

On Saturday, August 24, at approximately 4:42 pm, Honolulu Police Department (HPD) responded to a barricade situation in the 95-1000 block of Koolani Drive in Mililani Mauka.

Suspect Taken into Custody

After negotiations, a 54-year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning. HPD's social media reported that the barricade situation had shut down Lanikuhana Avenue from Makimoimo Street to Anania Drive in both directions.
